Welcome to Dreamworks Autohouse (Pty) Ltd. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website, our automotive services and participation in the Dreamworks Autohouse Showroom Membership. By using our website, booking a service or subscribing to a membership, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About Dreamworks Autohouse
Dreamworks Autohouse (Pty) Ltd provides professional automotive detailing, vehicle enhancement, customisation, protection, maintenance, mechanical services and related automotive services.
2. Services
Services displayed on our website are subject to availability, inspection of the vehicle and appointment scheduling.
Prices may vary depending on vehicle size, condition, material requirements, labour requirements and the extent of work required. Where a service is advertised as "from" a particular price, a final quotation may be provided after assessment of the vehicle.
Customers will be informed where additional work or costs are required before such additional work is carried out.
3. Showroom Membership
The Dreamworks Autohouse Showroom Membership is a recurring monthly subscription providing members with scheduled vehicle care and exclusive member benefits.
Membership Fee: R250 per vehicle per month
Membership benefits are available only while the membership remains active and the member's account is in good standing.
4. Membership Benefits
Current membership benefits include:
- Two Professional Auto Details per year.
- Auto Details include interior steam cleaning, extraction where required, leather care, trim protection, air vents, door rubbers, door pads, roof-lining, carpets, seats and boot area.
- Engine bay detailing.
- Exterior wash and clay decontamination.
- Hand polish.
- 12-month ceramic coat application during scheduled Auto Details.
- Up to four professional fault-finding diagnostic scans and fault-code clearing services per year.
- Up to 50% off Dreamworks Autohouse services.
- Referral benefits where qualifying membership conditions are met.
Membership benefits are subject to appointment availability, applicable membership rules and reasonable operational limitations.
5. Referral Benefit
A member who successfully refers two additional vehicles that become active Dreamworks Autohouse Showroom Members may qualify for one complimentary Monthly Maintenance Wash per month while the qualifying memberships remain active and in good standing.
Referral eligibility and associated benefits may be verified by Dreamworks Autohouse before activation.
6. Appointments
All vehicle services are provided by appointment and are subject to availability.
Members and customers are encouraged to book in advance. Dreamworks Autohouse reserves the right to reschedule appointments where reasonably necessary due to operational requirements, staff availability, equipment issues or circumstances beyond our control.
7. Recurring Membership Payments
By subscribing to the Dreamworks Autohouse Showroom Membership, you authorise Dreamworks Autohouse (Pty) Ltd and its authorised payment processing provider to process the agreed recurring membership payment according to the payment method and billing arrangement selected by you.
Membership payments will continue until the membership is cancelled in accordance with our cancellation policy.
8. Failed Payments
If a recurring membership payment is declined or unsuccessful, membership benefits may be suspended until the outstanding payment has been received.
Our authorised payment provider may retry an authorised payment where permitted by the applicable payment arrangement.
9. Cancellation
Membership cancellation requests must be submitted to Dreamworks Autohouse through an official communication channel.
Cancellation and refund requests are handled in accordance with our Refund & Cancellation Policy and applicable South African consumer law.
10. Refunds
Refund eligibility depends on the circumstances of the transaction, whether services or membership benefits have already been used, and applicable South African consumer law.

11. Service Delivery
Dreamworks Autohouse provides automotive services rather than shipped physical products unless specifically stated otherwise.
Vehicle services are delivered at Dreamworks Autohouse premises by appointment.
Membership benefits become available after successful membership activation and remain available while the membership is active and in good standing.
12. Customer Responsibilities
Customers and members agree to:
- Provide accurate personal and vehicle information.
- Provide relevant information regarding existing vehicle damage or defects.
- Maintain a valid payment method where recurring payments apply.
- Follow appointment and booking procedures.
- Use membership benefits fairly and in accordance with membership rules.
13. Vehicle Condition
Customers are responsible for informing Dreamworks Autohouse of known pre-existing damage, mechanical defects, electrical faults, aftermarket modifications or other relevant conditions that may affect work performed on the vehicle.
14. Website Use
You may not use this website for unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, interfere with or compromise the security or operation of the website.
15. Intellectual Property
Website content including text, branding, photographs, graphics, logos and other material owned by Dreamworks Autohouse may not be copied, reproduced or used commercially without written permission.
16. Limitation of Liability
Dreamworks Autohouse will exercise reasonable care and skill when providing services.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to exclude or limit any rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded under South African law, including applicable rights under the Consumer Protection Act.
17. Privacy
Personal information is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable South African privacy legislation, including the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA).
18. Changes to Memberships or Services
Dreamworks Autohouse may reasonably amend its services, membership benefits or pricing from time to time.
Where a material change affects an existing recurring membership, reasonable notice will be provided where required.
19. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
